Scott and Mark alternated rowing 500m/running400m then 25 squats. Both still had sore legs from previous worokouts so we cut them a little break.
Gina and Christy did the following:
4 rounds Row 500m or Run 400m 15 burpees 30 ab-mat sit-ups Christy-29:03 Gina-31:51
Wes and I did the following from the Navy Seal site: 4 rounds Row 500m or Run 400m 30 burpees 30 knees to elbows Wes-48:54(3 rds) Me-36:29
Good WOD combining Burpees and Knees to Elbows was tough.

The 7pm Class did this WOD after a round of the CFWU. 4 rounds Row 500m 15 burpees 30 ab-mat sit-ups Susan M./25:41 Gary/30:10 Robin/46:16 Josh/46:32 Alee/47:01 Christy/50:36 Nice work by all.
