Scott and Mark alternated rowing 500m/running400m then 25 squats. Both still had sore legs from previous worokouts so we cut them a little break.
Gina and Christy did the following:

15 burpees
30 ab-mat sit-ups

Wes and I did the following from the Navy Seal site:

30 knees to elbows

Good WOD combining Burpees and Knees to Elbows was tough.

The 7pm Class did this WOD after a round of the CFWU.
