I'm a newbie:
21 thrusters (65lb)
dead hang pull ups 5,3,2 then 6 & 5 with band
15 thrusters (65lb)
dead hang 2,1 then 6,4,2 with band
9 thrusters (65lb)
6 & 3 with band
time : 15:40
I never thought that a 15 min workout could be so hard...I look forward to getting in shape!
