We had a good showing of 12 athletes for 'Fight Gone Bad' which included 4 1st timers for this WOD. Great job everyone.

I did a version of the pull-up ladder for 3 rounds. 1st minute do 1 Rep, 2nd minute do 2 Reps, 3rd minute do 3 Reps and so on until you cannot complete the # of reps for that minute. Then go on to next exercise and repeat ladder.

1st Rd-Muscle-ups
6rds + 6 total-27
2nd Rd-Dead Hang Pull-ups
8rds + 8 total-43
3rd Rd-Kipping Pull-ups
12rds + 11 total-89

Easy 400 m run between rounds.
