Noon Group's Workout numbers. 3 did a scaled "Helen" and 1 did the WOD from HQ. 500m row/KB Swings/Pullups Gina/14:26 (20lb DB/Jumping Pullups) Mark/20:49 (36lb KB/Strap Pullups) Scott/21:01 (36lb KB/Strap Pullups)

7pm Workout Crew did the CFWU and then did HQ's WOD as rx'd. We worked on form w/PVC first. 1st time for most.

Great job by all and their first exposure to the Olympic lifts. Be careful and don't hit your chin like I did...it's a self correcting problem. Ouch!! Paddy
