Dave and I did a combo "Grace"/30 Muscle up WOD.

3 135# Clean & Jerks(full-squat cleans)
3 Muscle-ups
for a total of 30 each.

Good full body muscle fatigue WOD. The only reason my time was faster...the last 2 days were rest days for me.
