I just want to point out what perfect form that guy in your photo has in his Shoulder Press. Very nice, very nice.
I did Fran at home. I didnt get it in last week so I made up for it.

Yes I have to admit that form is a vision of perfection.
Tyler, Dave and I did the 150 Burpees WOD of a couple days ago. Me 15:34 (10inch jump) Tyler 17:55 Dave 18:17
