I did "Nancy". I scaled it with 65 lbs. on OHS and did 500m rows instead of runs.
Felt good to get back in after I stuffed myself w/Turkey.

Did the 30 muscle ups first in 12:41. After about 10 minutes did the weighted pullups.
45/70/80/90/90/95/102.8
Used 24KG and 50 pound kettle bells for the last set.
