Brice put me through a mini-Olympic lifting class. He cleaned up my form on Cleans, Snatches and Deadlift.
I then did the WOD from a few days ago.

I only beat Sean's time because I don't have to stand up as tall. HAHAHA. That new Buddy Lee Jump Rope helps too.
