As rx'd(full 'squat' cleans)-13:43
Made a big difference as far as time goes with the full squat clean as opposed to the power clean. My last power clean time was 4:47 so the full squat added almost 9 minutes.

Did Brice's ladder today
1000m row
100 sledge hits on the tire
80 squats
60 pushups
40 situps
20 pull ups
10 40lb dumbell clean and jerk
Then went back up the whole way
Finsished just over 44min. Cut my time down my 5 min from last time I did this.

Also did my ladder today, but not as fast as Sean. 47:08.
