Ran at Turkey Mountain again today one last time before this Saturdays race. About 7 or 8 miles today (hard to tell exactly). Is anyone else besides Breck and I going to race?

Thanks for picking our workout today Eric, I am so tired, but so excited I made more than 2 rounds!! It was fun 6am crew!!

We cant not get ahold of any weights so I have to make up a workout each day for all of us. Today we had 6 guys and we did three rounds of 1/2 mile run, burpees, jumpbox jumps, and pushups. We did the exercises in a 21-15-9 format.

We did that for Brandon when he had to go to Dallas for a class.
