Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups
Run 400 meters
Push-ups are honest push-ups. Handstand push-ups are "nose to floor".

As Rx'd except HSPU's. Those were done with feet up on 32" cabinet.

I did the beginners' version:
Sub-
25 walker dips + 25 bench dips
50 knee push ups
50 HSPU with knees on box

It still sucked. Although I never thought I'd do 50 of any of those in one day.

Did the beginner's WOD, 50 benchdips, 50 knee pushups, 50 HSPU with knees on box alt. with 400 meter runs - made it in 14:00.

as rx'd 27:52. I thought I might finally beat Breck's time until I started the HSPU...after about 15 I couldn't feel my shoulders and knew Breck's time was safe. Brice however has about 6" arms so his time shouldn't count!
