At around 11:45'ish today, I'm going to be going through "Fight Gone Bad" with our local international strongman contender, Jay Taylor. Jay has about 6-weeks until his next strongman competition: he is hoping that this new thing called "crossfit" will help him trim-down while still maintaining his strength... I am certain he will be pleasantly surprised.

Started with some Snatches then Clean & Jerks for sets of 3-5 with only 115lbs for technique work then walking Lunges as Rx'd.
