"Tabata Something Else"
Complete 32 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by ten seconds of rest where the first 8 intervals are pull-ups, the second 8 are push-ups, the third 8 intervals are sit-ups, and finally, the last 8 intervals are squats. There is no rest between exercises.
Post total reps from all 32 intervals to comments.

I actually got 5 guys to come along with me and do todays workout. For several of them it was their first time. We did not keep track of numbers but they are all believers in the program.

Been too long w/o WOD's plus nursing a hand injury. BW way too high. Eric killed me. Had to ring row mod instead of pullups so as not to re-injure hand.

as Rx'd butonly 4 sets each...first workout back in a month. Swam 250 meters before the WOD.
