We made up a WOD today and named it "Farmers Delight"
Started with a 70#Kb in each hand(Farmers Walk) walk around the building, then:
21 reps of 225# Deadlift
135# Push Press
95# Overhead Squat
Then 52#Kb Farmers Walk around building,then:
15 reps of 225# Deadlift
135# Push Press
95# Overhead Squat
Then 35#Kb Farmers Walk around building, then:
9 reps of the above exercises and weight.
