With a continuously running clock do one muscle-up the first minute, two muscle-ups the second minute, three muscle-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

Awesome time at the "Escape from Turkey Mountain" 5 mile trail run on Saturday! Breck Berry, owner of the new "CrossFit Jenks" took first place for our age group! The run was grueling: up and down steep muddy slopes, narrow trails, and aggressive competitors; but even so, both of us managed to shave off a few minutes from last years times. CrossFit rules!
