Ran a 5K at LaFortune today instaed of "Diane". The thermometer said 85 degrees, but when I checked the Accuweather website afterwards, it said the "RealFeel" temperature feels like 103!!! No wonder I was DYING! Somehow managed to pull off a new PR of 26 minutes and 9 seconds, though. I think its because I've been playing with the zone diet the last few days. I've never run that fast, even on a cool day.

3 rounds for time. Our original plan was to complete 5 rounds, but with the heat we probably would have stroked out.

Instead of Dianne, I went to the beach, got a new tattoo, then came back and grilled Brats and drank beer..
