The Tabata interval is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for 8 intervals.
Tabata score is the least number of reps performed in any of the eight intervals.
Post Tabata score for each exercise to comments and total for final score.
E.G., 10, 22, 9, 15, 15 = 71
Amazingly, no trainer was injured during the course of this workout.


On vacation with the family in Flodida and finally was able to get a workout in. Had to sub on the pullups (no bar or tree available) with burpees and also sub'd box jumps (on an ottoman) for the SDHP. I know these are not necessary good subs, but they got the job done none the less. Tammy joined me and it was a good one. We did not keep track of numbers but based on the lack of breath and sweat pdoduced, they were good sets.
Catch you guys at the gym soon. If anyone wants anything, post it here. I check it each day. We are goind to Disney the next seveal days and then back to Cocoa Beach on the weekend. They have the world famous Ron Jon surf shop there if anyone wants a shirt or hat.
