"Linda"

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps of the triplet:

Deadlift: 1 1/2 body weight
Bench press: body weight
Clean: 3/4 body weight

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Honestly I have always avoided this workout for one reason or another. Today I stepped up and gave it a shot.

First set of deadlift was 225, I then dropped it down to 185.

Rest of the workout was deadlift-185, bench 185, clean 135. Took me a little of 47 minutes to finish. Completely drained me.

Used 250/185/135--a little over 38 minutes. Still slow but the the most deadlift weight i have used in this WOD so far. 275 would be 1 1/2 x bodyweight for me.

Will be doing "Linda" tomorrow morning.
Raced a 5km tonight instead.

1st in age group 30-34
