Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Double-unders
15 Burpees
15 Box Jump
15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent
Post rounds and fractions of rounds completed to comments.
If no rope is available, then Towel pullups is the consensus best substitute. For more realism, alternate one hand high, one hand low on the towel. Some folks do towel pulldowns, as well. Standard rope length is 15', and standard substitution is 15 towel pulls.


Been wanting to try it so I did the "300" workout today instead. 22:24-not happy with time but it is a solid workout.

missing hitting the gym. The bum shoulder is killing me. I can not lift anything overhead still and plan on seeing the doctor next week. Be back soon.
