With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.
Post number of minutes completed to comments.
Apparently it takes a woman to do a "Superman" right. Great job, Donna!

Nice job Luila, welcome to the 'bloody hands club!'
I did yesterday's WOD of the 95# DL's/Hang Cleans/Front Squats/Push Jerk with 21/18/15/12/9 reps of each.
I was slow and it trashed me. 30:45 as rx'd

14 Rounds + 10 Pull-ups--did 16 rounds last time so this wasn't the best showing.
Then did the same workout but with Push-ups and 2 every minute instead of 1. So the 1st minute did 2 push-ups, 2nd minute 4, 3rd min. 6, etc. Has the same effect as the pull-up version. Only made it to Round 11(22 push-ups)+ 12 if that makes sense.
