Dave and I made it through the Olympic Lifting Cert in Vista, Ca.  It was an intense two days of learning the proper mechanics of the Olympic Lifts, and the "aggressive, ferocious intensity" required to be successful with heavy loads.

Finally a leg WOD! I loved this workout! My legs feel like jello but I'd have it no other way.

My legs are fine.... but I need to work more on my form with the lower wieghts.

First time doing heavy Front Squats. Next time I will get at least 255.

First time I've squated in 25 years! Good stuff!!

Worked up to 205 and failed at it. Was able to put up 195 and called it good.
