Thank the lord we had him on our team...he came in handy. Pretty squats by him.

He did recover faster and he slept well after this event.

Still haven't recovered from the fundraiser on Monday. I just wanted to say thanks to Eric and Brandon for putting this together and inviting me to participate. I had a blast and look forward to some workouts in the future at CrossFit Tulsa. It was great to see and meet many of the Tulsa CrossFitter's!
