This is a WOD some of us tried yesterday
100 (50Rt/50Lt) 10# sledghammer strikes to tire
75 push-ups—full range of motion
50 Kb swings 1.5 pood (52 lbs)
25 pull-ups
Row 1000 meters…Then, reverse the ladder
25 pull-ups
50 Kb swings 1.5 pood
75 push-ups—full ROM
100 (50Rt/50Lt) 10# sledgehammer swings
All done for time. Also we need a name for this WOD so post suggestions to comments.


A good workout and grip killer.
