Rusty ~ if our times/loads are not posted on the blog, you will find them on the dry-erase-board in our crossfittulsa garage-gym, which is open to you, as well! At the request of Mr. Truett Sage I will be more consistent with "Mr. & Mrs. George William Wiland"'s postings... if you will post yours?
