On Saturday, we had the privilege of meeting Mallee Sato and Greg Amundson of HQ. They happened to be driving through Tulsa and stopped by for a workout. Greg put together a Tabata Interval for us of squats, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, and rowing. Greg and Mallee then demonstrated what CrossFit 'Intensity' really is, and smoked us in the workout!!
Greg and Mallee, thanks for stopping by, it was a great and inspirational time for all of us.

Everyone who snapped fotos &/or footage... maybe we could copy them all over to Stephanie and she could make another of her great media productions? Maybe I'm a little slow and this is already underway?

CrossFit Tulsa! Thanks so much for welcoming Mallee and I into your home and gym. It felt great to find a home away from home. We felt like family and were honored to spend the morning with you. Your gym truely embodies what the 'garage gym' is all about. The energy, spirit and intensity of CrossFit Tulsa is amazing! Keep up the strong work.
