This is CrossFit Tulsa's 'Garage'.
Its not much, as far as size goes, compared to the 'big box' gyms around town, but I guarantee you won't find a better fitness community then CrossFit. There is camaraderie, encouragement, and friendly competition that you won't find in a 'big box.' Plus we now have all the equipment necessary to do the CrossFit WOD's. Check out the new Bumper Plates, Squat stands, jump boxes, kettelbells and even a C2 rower (belongs to Pat). There are several TPD Officers that work out here, but you don't have to be an Officer to join in. Drop me an email, and we will set up a time.

anyone going to be at the garage around 12 noon?

Breck,
I think you are our only hope at the CrossFit Games. D. Brice and I will be in Vista, CA the week before for the Olympic Lifting cert. I don't think I can extend my stay for the entire week--rather expensive.

Jason White good to hear Doug dragged you in and great time for the workout.
Travis,
There is alot to that question "what kind of gains can I expect as far as a strength, stamina, and overall size."
That will depend on what kind of fitness/exercise background your coming from and largely depend on nutrtion.

WOW!! I opted to do this workout instead of watching the second half of tonights basketball game. I can tell you that my body is wishing that I stayed on the couch and enjoyed an ice cole Michelob.
I'm back following the injury and gonna really concentrate on not only improving my time, but making sure that all reps are good solid ones.
My total time was 40:37. (pathetic) but I did not substitue at any time. As a matter fact, it took me longer to do my pullups that it took Breck for his total workout.
That beer is calling my name. See you guys soon at Billy's.

Did a modified Angie at Billy's. 4 rounds of 25 pulls/25 pushes/25 situps/25 squats/ and 250m row on the old C2. It broke me off something fierce. Trying to do pullups after rowing blows. 25:05

did the same workout as Brice--We had the rower their so we decided to throw it in just because. A 250m row at the end of each set doesn't sound like much, but it trashed me as well. 27:47
