Did 30 Muscle-ups instead, will do the cleans and squats later. Took almost 15 minutes and rubbed my wrists raw but finally got 30 done.

Whoa!!! Just did the NG as Rx'd @ 12:03
immediately afterwards HR was 155'ish ~ 5-min afterwards HR was 102bpm ~ had I remembered what Breck's time was I may have pushed myself a couple of seconds faster... and my heart might have popped ;-)
