21 Burpees
Let trailing knee gently kiss the ground on each lunge.

Breck you are a FREAK!! Not only for posting at 0405hrs but for that ridiculous time. I only did three sets and took me 12:49. This sure does make the legs shake like hell.

Sorry for the third post, but I just watched the video. I also realized that the lunges were "50ft" in distance. I did 50 actual walking lunges before each set of burpees. This was well over 50ft each time.

I am back in the sand now, what a difference from weight training. I only did one set but I did it in the sand. I then proceeded to run and jump in deep sand for 2 hours. Looking forward to the workout tonight.
