Treadmill 400's (my treadmill's top speed is 10mph)
Time:
1st- 1:28, 10mph - 4% incline
2nd- 1:30 10mph - 4% incline
3rd- 1:29 10mph - 4% incline
4th- 1:29 10mph - 4% incline
not quite a 2 minute rest between each 400
