I think this it me when I first started crossfit. It was my 3rd workout and it was the body weight push-ups, pull-ups and squats. I believe 5 rounds for time of 20/15/10
I was completely worn out after the workout but recovered quickly. That night I awoke amist head to toe body aches, fever, chills. I thought I just caught the flu bug going around. But it seems that this may have been rhabdo. It totally sucked! and took abotu three weeks to fully recover.

Great video. Hand is much better and should be able to workout again within a week. I will start making some of the workouts at Billy's. Im jealous of all you guys now doing muscles ups. I got my rings in last week and hopefully soon I will be able to knock one out.
