13:23 as rx'd, kinda of. I had to do the assisted hspu with my toes on the wall, and my L-pullups weren't the prettiest things in the world.

Well I survived...I got through in about 19 minutes. But, the HSPU destroyed my shoulder so I did the assisted HSPU on a flex ball. I also only completed up to 11 reps of the L-PU with a spot. Finally, I also added in body weight squats (same count as the push ups)
It feels good to be back
