Back Extensions- As Rx'd
Sit-ups- fingers interlaced behind head
Doing the sit-ups with the hands behind the head made a big difference on my time.

30:02. Nothing impressive but it was a great workout. Running was on a treadmill at 8 minute mile pace. Situps done with hands on sides of head and back extensions were as RX'd. you can really feel the back extensions more if you do the exaggerated motion like the video from a few weeks ago. Tires the back out much quicker.

Back extensions really slowed me down. The last 50 took forever to finish.

19:09 min. with 1:45 min of jump rope per round substituted for the 800m run

Ok I must have done something wrong, but I completed the WOD in under 24 mins as RXd. Since I did it faster than Brice I must have done something wrong. Or as Brice said "Maybe you found something your are good at finally" either way it was very painful on the back.
