Tammy and I got up at 0800 and ran.
A loop around our neighborhood is exactly 1/2 mile. We ran this so it was a tad bit longer than the 800m.

All 800's done on treadmill @ 3% incline- 10mph
All three were 3:00 minutes each with 2 minute rest between.

We made up our own WOD, A combo of 'Helen' and 'Nancy'
400 meter run
21 Kb swings 52lbs
15 overhead squats 95lbs
12 pullups
3 rounds for time
A real gasser
