Today I got my wife to do her first Crossfit WOD. We cut the reps down to 25 on everything but did the full run. She also obviously cut down the weight too. We did not keep time but worked on proper movement. She is a believer.

Way to go sean. That is the best way to start.
subbed Jumping towel pull-ups x 30, 20 pound DB for Hang cleans and did good mornings for back ext.
