Good workout. I have never done this one before and learned on one of my overhead squat reps, if you raise your heals off the floor it could result in disaster. All about the form.

Did not feel it today, but was determined to finish. Had to do this at the gym and waited on the Pull-up bar a couple of times, but doubt it slowed me down much. 20:06

Still can't do the stupid OHS so I did thrusters instead.
