Scaled the weights for thrusters at #95. The rest as Rx'ed. Time 15:32

2nd workout went well. With the bad shoulder I did 2rounds of thrusters at 65#'s and 3 @ 45#'s with 9mph runs on the treadmill...total time 17 mins.

Missed a week of workouts. but I did this one tonight on duty. Scaled my thrusters down to 95lbs. Time was 15:50.
