Fran as rx'd in 3:59. My thrusters and my first set of ugly pullups were unbroken.
Had one of the bodybuilder types at Platinum do Fran. He did 75# thrusters and finished in 6:27. He was impressed with tired he was. Maybe another convert?

Made up my own workout for the day.
Ran 400m
35lb dumbell clean and press X 21reps
21 reps sinlge are dumbell benchpress at 35lbs
800m run
35lb c and p X 15reps
35lb benchpress X 15reps
1200m run
35lb c and p X 9reps
35lb benchpress X 9 reps
Finished up with leg extensions, and core work
Next time I will time myself.
