46:22 as rx'd at Billy's. Had the bucket close by during the burpee portion. The first time I did this I only had an 18" box. Big difference with a 24" box (an extra 300 inches over 50 reps).

a great but very taxing workout. Last time finished in 49:55.

This time finished in 41:43-so an 8:12 improvement--not bad

55 mins. Burpees and knees to elbows wiped me out. But a very good work out.

Only sub was 30lb(each)D.B. Thrusters instead of wall ball
Box jump, 35lb D.B swings, push press, walking lunge, and Double Unders unbroken.
Burpees took me about 10 minutes (definetly my weak area)
Time: 33:10

20 Box jump, 18 inch box
20 Jumping pull-ups (Total Gym Level 10)
20 Kettlebell swings, 1 pood
Walking Lunge, 20 steps
20 Sit-ups
20 Push press, 30 pounds
20 Good mornings
20 Wall ball shots, 8 pound ball
20 Burpees
20 Standard Jump Rope Jumps

13:35 compared to 14:18. I did much better today, but Burpees still kill me. I think I will try to go to 30 Reps next time.

I did 21,15,9 of 35lb dumbell snatch, dumbell swing, and 24" box jumps. This was all done with only my left hand due to the busted right hand. I followed the workout up with an ab workout.

Good news, no sugery needed. In a cast at least 4wks though. Jeremiah, gonna need some of that Physical Therapy help from you.
