no trying to point out anything, but HEY Brice...Breck weighs 40lbs less but has a 25lb greater Total!!

Well boys and girls, I am MIA for a little while. i broke my right hand at work during a foot chase. Gonna need some help modifying workouts from you guys. I had planned on beating Brice's and Breck's total weight, so you guys are lucky.
By the way, Im 33 and I did chase down and catch the 20yr old suspect. He obviously was not a Crossfitter.

way to go sean, we just have to make sure the bad guys never find out about crossfit. Basically you get to do lots of running, squats, box jumps and left hand kb swings. One arm pushups and pullups might be good to.
