time 23.45, almost barfed. Matt

I completed

50 Pull-ups on Total Gym Level 10
50 Push-ups
50 Sit-ups
50 Squats

23:22. Approx 8 min pull-ups, 7 min push-ups, 5 min sit-ups, 3 min squats

Warmed up Triton from 1200-1300.

Man this was ugly! My time break down was as follows:

pullups 9:20
pushups 12:11
sutups 15:57
squats 19:20

My pullups were ugly and took the longest. It took 9:20 to do my pullups and 10:00 to do everything else.

Brice and Breck great times, I was the slow old guy again...however I subbed ring pushups which added a little time. 29:35

Jade and Stephanie also worked out and finished in great time.
Jade completed the entire workout in only 34:11.
Stephanie completed:
40 pullups
40 pushups
60 situps
100 squats in under 22 min.

I once again did one arm snatches, swings and box jumps. Broken hand sucks. I cant grip or hold anything with my right hand. Look forward to working out with you guys in a month or so.
