A good 1st workout for 07.
Josh and Billy finished in under 17 min. Jade finished in about 20(even though she and Billy were doing 15 reps instead of 12 on DL), and I was the slow old guy and finished in 20:35.
Each of us scaled the weight as needed.

yep ~ Brandon was the "slow old guy" doing 200lbs on DL, while I "flew through the workout" in sub-17-mins with only 135lbs on DL. Correction: Brandon's workout closest resembled that of the original WOD, while the rest of us scaled the weight (way down)as needed ;-)

Time 17:37. Runs on Treadmill set @ 8.5 mph.
