Brandon I don't want to have to compete with those two. They'll kill me at that. Must start working on L-sits.

Hmmmm ~ burpees in place of a row machine???... I think we need to hurry and get a row machine before I puke... again.

Yep ~ 220... 221 ~ whatever it takes! Seriously though, I haven't felt THAT out of shape since Murphy smiled down upon us! Without a row, we sub'd in Burpees ~ I was sucking-wind like an outdated Hoover. After 15-minutes all I had was 205 reps. Before the next "Fight Gone Bad" we need to get a wall-clock with a second-hand.

Our first experience with "fight gone bad"....fight gone horribly wrong sounds more appropriate. We subbed burpees for rows.
B--236 total reps
Paddy--230 total reps

I followed Billy's lead and sub'd burpies for the rows as well. I have no idea what my total reps were though. I never kept count. I know that I did well with push presses and wall ball shots, but my sumo deadlifts need some work. We need to plan a day that we can all get together and do some workouts.

I am off work all next week so that would be a great time for me. I didn't do FGB today, I don't really have the equipment or space to do it here at work where I do most of my workouts, so I did some work on my pullups, still shooting for my first.
