Well, I dont know if it was the workout, the fact that I am a wuss, on that I have not been to sleep yet, but this workout punished me. I subd .50 mile runs for the row. Total time was 33:53. I was swetting like a madman and my legs are still sore from the last couple of workouts. Good luck, Im going to bed now (its 1215). See everyone tomorrow at Billy's for the group workout.

I subd 50# KB SDHPx50 Reps for row and did thirty Reps of Thruster and 20 Assisted pullups in 31:57. It is so much harder to keep going while working by yourself. See everybody tomorrow.

Did it as rx'd. The rows took me about 4:20 to finish each round. The pullups broke me off something fierce. 33:22, 1 1/2 dry heaves, and 35 holes in the ceiling counted. Gonna try to come by tomorrow after training at Triton.
