Bleeding shins and a bruised ego, just another day of CrossFit baby!!

Did it as rx'd in 14:30. I will be more than happy to donate to the "bumper plate" fund. The plates at Platinum Fitness are not conducive for olympic lifts.

FYI, I got some of the gang unit guys interested in CrossFit. Look to hear from those guys in the future.

Oh ya I forgot. I didn't do ring dips so I had to triple my dips, brutal!

Worked on form with the just the bar for cleans and did ring dips. Several were jumping. Shoulder pain. Ouch. Need to watch the videos more closely when this one comes around again. Paddy
