Scaled Lynne, did Max Pushups and equal number of Jumping pullups

17,15,12,10,9 = 63

compared to last time

23,14,11,9,7 = 64

Body weight 210. Did strict pullups with no rest between benchpress and pullups. Due to kicking it with "Cindy" yesterday and flag football earlier today, I did give myself 5 minutes of rest between rounds. Here go the results:

Not having a spotter for the bench probably cost me a rep or two. Still should have done better on the bench. Something to work toward next time.

Just saw the part about body weight benchpress is body weight on the bar. I had 210 total on the bar. If I understand it correctly now, I should have had 255 on the bar. Oh well, I'll do that next time.
