Holy crap, I suck! Tried to do strict pull-ups, but by the last couple of rounds they became jumping pull-ups. Can’t do a handstand pushup yet, so I had my heals on a bar for those. Of course there is no rope at platinum so I tried to do towel pull-ups. That deteriorated quickly to jumping towel pull-ups for 3 sets of five per round. I don’t have rings, so I did 21 standard dips. With that being said I did 7 rounds plus 10 of the ugliest pull-ups you have ever seen. After the fact I worked on my handstand pushups. I need some coaching on those if someone can help me out.

Great pic Brandon. I think you are about to bust a vein in your left shoulder. How did you get the clasp on your rings up high? I did them with Pat and the clasp was down low, just above the rings. It tore the hell out of my arms. I would hit everytime on the way up.

Brice, if you read todays comments on the main page, several people talk about handstand pushups. Some do it facing the wall, others do it away from the wall. You can also put your feet over the top of a barbell while on a Smith Machine or squat rack. Oh yeah, I forgot you are a short one, you could just lay the barbell on the ground and put your feet on it!!

You guys are studs, I was only able to get 4 rounds in. I sub'd twowel pullups for the rope, and did 3-1 dips for the ring dips. This workout destroyed my arms. They were swollen.

Billy you are a freak! I could only do 4 and soon discovered the Brice-syndrome. Brice I found that the smallest rubber strap helped with the pullups (strict) and also the towel pull-ups. Man! Those kill the bi's. Military Press to substitute for HSP. 45lbs, should have done closer to 65. I was only able to get 14 dips per round. I felt wiped out after this workout but soon discovered (in a phone call) you guys were just finishing the 12 days of CF!
