Rest Day
We have been acquiring more equiptment and Pat has built us some nice jump boxes and slam/wall balls. We will be ready to start offering class times in January.

Just finished the first 16 inch box. Ready to start on the other one. "Pyramid Madness" Box Jump Workout can begin. Details to follow.

PatH, I need a pull up bar at the house. Gym, aka "Casa-Billy" looks like it is coming together.
