7 PU sets (10,7,7,7,6,6,6) First 2 (6) were "hands under" position. 6 400 meter runs, 19:50. Great workout!

A few days behind, but Sean and I did this after SOT (SWAT) Training today. I had to sub Jumprope as Sean was hogging the Treadmill. 2 min rounds on J/R. Completed 7 rounds of strict pullups. Whew!!

I tried to tell Pat that he could run on the treadmill right behind me, but he didnt go fot it. I set the treadmill at a 6:40 pace and got a full 8rounds in. Pullups sucked though (11,11,10,8,8,8,7,8). Strict through the first two sets, then did strict and kipping combined on rest. Went home and had a beer after this one.
