was shooting for 20 rds this time but only got 18 rds in 19:27

I knocked out 18rds in 20:02. Thought I was on pace for 20 but really hit the wall around 12. Pat had to give me a good motivational yell for my last set, so I thank him.
Last time I did 14 and the first time I did this Cindy held me to 11.
Heart rate was up to 115 or so!!
By the way, this workout was performed at 0230 in the morning. Gotta love midnight shift.

Hit 22 rounds with 3 seconds to go. One of the few times I've been able to do a 20 minute workout uninterrupted.

Only 9. At glance this workout looked easy but yikes. Still using pull-up straps during later rounds, might be causing a little time lapse but getting the reps in. First Cindy for me but the progress I've seen in 3+ weeks is very encouraging.
