Christmas Eve

061224

Ok, we are gonna meet at Billy & Jades(7526 S. 84th E. Ave) for a Christmas Eve workout at 2:00pm.  Shoot me an email if you can make it.  Remember though, it is CHRISTMAS EVE, so if you have family plans...skip the workout, enjoy the time with your family...consider it an excused absence.

Ok here was the workout. "12 days of CrossFit"

Thanks goes out to CrossFit North for the great idea.

count me in baby!!!

I'll be there.

If my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 6) decide they want to come watch would that be a problem?

Im in too. Jerimiah, it is no problem for them to come as well. See you guys then.

I'll be there. Looking forward to it. I'll have the 2 new 16" plyo boxes with me as well.

Brandon, maybe we can play that "Pyramid Madness" box jump workout that we talked about.

We'll have 5 different boxes to work with we just need 5 other exercises we can do between them.

Brandon killed us with the "12 Days of CrossFit".

OUTSTANDING WORKOUT!!! Brandon that was great, my legs are still a little shaky. Glad to see all that showed up and hopefully we will have a larger group next time. Lets try to do a big group thing a couple of times a month. We do something like this on Riverside or at Lafortune, we will have people asking questions and joining up.

Great workout! Holy crap, all I want to do tonight is lay on the couch. My legs are toast!

Yes, Awesome Workout Brandon. A lung burner for sure. I second the comments from Sean.

Jeremiah it was great to finally put a name with a face. Merry X-mas to all.
