If my wife and 2 daughters (2 and 6) decide they want to come watch would that be a problem?

I'll be there. Looking forward to it. I'll have the 2 new 16" plyo boxes with me as well.
Brandon, maybe we can play that "Pyramid Madness" box jump workout that we talked about.
We'll have 5 different boxes to work with we just need 5 other exercises we can do between them.

OUTSTANDING WORKOUT!!! Brandon that was great, my legs are still a little shaky. Glad to see all that showed up and hopefully we will have a larger group next time. Lets try to do a big group thing a couple of times a month. We do something like this on Riverside or at Lafortune, we will have people asking questions and joining up.

Hey, It was great to meet all of you. That had to be the most gut wrenching workout I have ever done. It was awesome. You were all an amazing encouragement and I can't wait to do it again.
